    一、個人簡介

    王志強,講師,2017年畢業于韓國翰林大學,博士研究生;曾在韓國翰林大學天然醫藥研究所和食品科學與營養系兼任助理研究員;近年來參與國際課題8項,發表論文31篇,其中SCI收錄29篇,國際授權專利1項。

    二、主講課程及研究方向 

    1.主講課程:營養與食品衛生、食品分析、生物化學。

    2.研究方向:開發抗肥胖、糖尿病及其并發癥的功能性食品和藥品;建立快速篩選天然活性成分的分析平臺。
